While it's certainly troubling to read about a high-profile case of the dreaded swine-flu, if there's a bright side to "Harry Potter" co-star Rupert Grint becoming sick with the virus this week, it's that unlike so many other celebrities recently, he's not dead.
According to a statement released yesterday by his publicist, the 20 year-old English actor who plays Ron Weasley in the popular franchise alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson was briefly out of commission last week following his diagnosis, but is expected to fully recover soon.
"It has just been confirmed that Rupert Grint has taken a few days out of filming due to a mild bout of swine flu," says the rep. "He has now recovered and is looking forward to joining his fellow cast members at the junket and premieres this week [of "Half Blood Prince"] and will then return to filming directly afterwards."

Grint, 20, has now recovered and is ready to get back to work promoting the sixth movie in the franchise, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."
